THE MUP @ AVALON MARKET DAY

Avalon Market Day happens once a year & the whole little beachside town comes out to frolic in the streets. On the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Avalon is home to many a fruity character. Artists, musicians, directors, surfers, skaters, the elite, the down trodden, business men & brawlers. So to celebrate one of our favourite days of the year, were selling a small number of our organic Australian made tees with this unique print.

Our stall is outside 'Vintage Cellars' as you come into Avalon from the South. This plus our new range of shirts will be available on the day. Come one, come all...

SUMMER T-SHIRT UNISEX LAUNCH

We are excited to announce the launch of our new range of unisex T-shirts for the 2010/2011 summer. We have spent some time in production sourcing Australian made Organic cotton to deliver you a delicious paper thin tee. We have a range of blanks & a printed collection based around "Silenti etc Lingua" which translates to "The dead language" in Latin. Here is the Artistic statement to give you an insight...

SILENTI étc LINGUA

It began when a moth sided up to the small light in my dark room, nearing its final hour.

Next came the butterfly, the bumble bee, the spider. & more.

They had chosen their final resting place.

I had become a beacon for death

With their fate already sealed with their fear of the city of sin
They sought refuge in their passing

Etched forever into time, written in ‘the dead language’.

‘Silenti étc lingua.’
